143-MS: Participating in a Project Web App Workflow

This two-day instructor-led course provides an introduction to the workflow capabilities within Microsoft Project Web App and Microsoft SharePoint Designer. Students will get hands-on experience creating workflow phases and stages to automate a sample organization’s project lifecycle methodology and project intake process, defining workflow approvals and informational emails at certain stages or when certain conditions are true, and creating and integrating new fields and forms into an existing workflow.  Students will also gain experience setting up a Microsoft SharePoint ideation list as the front-end project intake interface, mapping certain list fields to Microsoft Project Web App fields, and using the list to initiate projects and project workflows in Microsoft Project Web App on demand or via list workflow.
