Enterprise Project Management Solutions

  • Define, implement and support client (Microsoft® Project Professional, Microsoft® Project Web App) server (Microsoft® Project Server, SharePoint, etc.), and cloud (Microsoft® Project Online) project and portfolio management applications and solutions
  • Assist with licensing discussions and/or Microsoft® Enterprise Agreement negotiations
  • Configure SharePoint workspace templates per customer's needs (e.g., add company logo, common links, feedback and lessons learned surveys, action items list)
  • Integrate with third-party databases and applications
  • Customize an enterprise solution with settings, fields, indicators, views, reports, templates, workflows, business drivers, etc. per customer's needs
  • Customize the Microsoft® Project Web App interface (e.g., web parts, reports, dashboards) to meet management and team needs
  • Develop standard project templates, which adhere to customer's methodologies
  • Develop enterprise resource pool using business rules defined by customer
  • Create custom reports and/or train report writers to create custom reports of Microsoft® Project Server or Microsoft® Project Online data using SQL Reporting, OLAP, Excel, Excel Services, and OData

  • Train and facilitate knowledge transfer to administrators to enable them to customize and manage the enterprise environment

Project Management Consulting Services

  • Full project-lifecycle management following PMRG processes and methodologies (including all project administration, management of issues, scope changes, risks, etc. throughout all phases of a project)
  • Lead and facilitate interviews, requirements gathering sessions and status meetings
  • Use of Microsoft® Project to plan, schedule and manage projects
  • Manage large, multiple projects with cross-project dependencies and shared resources
  • Setup and distribute project reports (earned value, % complete, etc.) as requested
  • Communicate weekly status reports to the project team and management via format requested (i.e., e-mail, meeting, conference call, automated status report in Project Server or Project Online)
  • Provide deliverables and documentation using common stylesheets and templates
  • Deliver all project management documents at the end of the project (including project charter, project schedule, meeting notes, status reports, issue log, risk plan, change requests, custom training documents, product customization documentation, architecture documentation, report documentation, feedback and lessons learned surveys, etc.)


Business Process and PMO Consulting

  • Conduct requirements and workflow analysis to determine organizational goals and objectives, methodology, PM maturity and project performance metrics necessary to projectize the organization and promote an enterprise project management culture
  • Align IT/IS objectives with the organization's strategic goals
  • Deliver Microsoft® Project schedule and workflow diagrams detailing the PMO implementation
  • Design a PMI-based framework of policies and procedures (best practices, business processes, Project templates) to promote professionalism and standards across projects and project teams, maximize efficiencies, optimize planning, prioritize initiatives, capitalize on the expertise of resources, improve product or service delivery, and support continuous improvement of processes and teams
